Please review your proof carefully we copy and paste all notes given on an order so be sure all requests are the way you want them. Spellings, dates and any other requests. We are going to make your product the way it is in the proof. Our art pieces are made to order and cannot be canceled, returned or exchanged.
Being all of our products are customized and Personalized we will only provide refunds for defective or damaged items. You must provide photos of the the damaged items as well as the shipping box within 2 days of receiving the order. We need photos of the shipping box with the damage shown to file a claim with the shipper! We CANNOT issue a refund for damaged goods until we have the photos of the damaged shipping container! If we file a claim with the shipper for damaged goods and that claim is denied due to not enough evidence that the damage occurred during shipping we WILL NOT refund any shipping charges on the order.
