Refund policy

Buyer has 3 days from receiving the item to file a Return or Exchange request with maum.work.

Returned products will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee. Products returned with clear manufacturing defects, wrong items sent or shipping damage are exempt from this fee.

All original packaging and included wall hanging accessories MUST be returned with the product for a refund after restocking.

Upon successful return delivery, MAUM will inspect and restock the returned product before issuing a Refund or Product Exchange. Once the Return or Exchange request is accepted, it will be processed within 3-5 business days. Goods damaged by the Buyer are not eligible for return/exchange.

 

EXCHANGE POLICY

An exchange policy outlines the rules an procedures for returning a purchased item and receiving a different item or the same item in a different size or color in return. It specifies the conditions under which exchanges are allowed, such as time limits, condition of the item, and any associated fees.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Should you need to cancel, Buyer has up to 12 Hours from date of purchase to cancel without further penalty. Should a Buyer wish to cancel after the 12 hour period, they will be subject to a 20% Restocking Fee.
